The title of Registered Seed Technologist (RST) recently earned by Jason Perrault, SEEDWAY Seed Lab Manager, after passing the RST certifying test from the Association of Official Seed Analysis and the Society of Commercial Seed Technologist (AOSA/SCST).

Perrault and his staff check each lot of farm, turf and vegetable seed for germination and purity testing after working in the SEEDWAY seed lab for ten years as seed lab manager. In total, the lab performs more than 15,000 tests and analyses annually in order to provide SEEDWAY customers with product of the highest quality.

Purity written, purity practical, seed identification, germination written and germination practical are the five parts of the RST test.
